Ashley Morales
Medical Receptionist / Front Desk
Ashley joined Dr. Charles and Associates one year ago. She works in the front office and handles a majority of the patient flow and appointments for the practice. She thoroughly enjoys her workplace and the reward of helping people. When she’s not working, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and family.
Janice Minsky
Billing Manager
Janice is our Billing Manager and hasbeen with the practicesince 1988. Aninvaluable asset, she coordinates the front desk activities and performs an important role in our Cosmetic Surgery Department as a Licensed Esthetician. She is happy to assist you with any questions you may have regarding your insurance. Her competence, warmth and approachable qualities will help you feel like a welcomed member in our practice.
Janice is recently married and loves to travel to as many new places as possible!
Leslye Dominguez Matute
Office Manager
Leslye is a graduate from Florida State University with a bachelors degree in Interior Design. She began her work with Dr. Charles and Associates 2 years ago. She works in the front office, allowing her to interact with the rest of the staff and patients throughout the day. She enjoys helping the office run smoothly. She now sees her co-workers at Profiles Oral and Facial Surgery Center as her second family.
When she’s not working, Leslye is with her husband of 7 years and her 2 year old son. She and her husband love boating and spending time with their son.
